RichGo uses account and gameplay information to run the game and manage rewards. Advertising and analytics services help deliver ads, measure activity, and identify problems. This policy explains those uses and your available choices.
About this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the RichGo application and related services.
It covers gameplay, device-based sign-in, rewards, redemption and withdrawal requests where available, advertising, analytics, and communications with us. Third-party websites or services you visit have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
The information processed depends on the features you use and the capabilities available on your device.
- Account & device identity
- A user ID, installation ID, session identifiers, and authentication information. On Android, the sign-in integration obtains a Google Advertising ID or, when unavailable, an Android ID fallback. Our account service uses a hashed form of the device identifier to recognize the associated account.
- Gameplay & rewards
- Dice rolls, game sessions and results, buildings and upgrades, tasks, resource balances, reward claims, redemption history, and withdrawal requests and their status. These records allow us to maintain progress and verify rewards.
- Usage & diagnostics
- App opens, pages viewed, time spent, feature interactions, operation results, error categories, app and operating-system versions, device brand and model, language, and screen characteristics. Our servers and service providers also receive connection information, such as an IP address, when your device connects.
- Advertising activity
- Ad requests, impressions, interactions, completion and close events, ad identifiers, and ad-revenue measurements. Advertising providers may also process device identifiers and technical information as described in their policies.
- Communications
- Information you choose to provide when contacting us, such as your contact details, account reference, and the contents of your request. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use information
- Recognize your account, restore progress, and provide gameplay features.
- Calculate, verify, and record rewards, redemptions, and withdrawal requests.
- Deliver ads and determine whether the conditions for an ad-supported reward have been met.
- Understand feature usage, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
- Detect duplicate requests, abuse, unauthorized access, and invalid activity.
- Respond to support and privacy requests and meet applicable obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. The applicable basis depends on the processing and your location.
Advertising & analytics
Google AdMob
RichGo integrates Google AdMob to deliver and measure advertisements, including rewarded ads. Google may process identifiers, IP addresses, device information, and ad interactions. Ad personalization depends on applicable requirements, your available choices, and the ad configuration.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner services.
ZL Analytics
We use ZL Analytics to measure app activity and diagnose problems. Events may include a user or installation ID, session information, device and app details, pages viewed, gameplay actions, advertising events, and operation outcomes. Our analytics integration filters authentication tokens, passwords, purchase credentials, and raw advertising IDs from event parameters.
Local storage
The app stores information on your device to maintain your session, recognize an installation, restore unfinished actions, and queue analytics events for retry when connectivity is interrupted. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove these local records but does not automatically delete information already stored on our servers.
Storage & security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining accounts, resolving reward or transaction disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting applicable obligations. Retention varies by record type; deleting local app data does not necessarily remove account or transaction records.
We use safeguards such as encrypted network communication, access controls, and separation of server credentials from the app. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you use RichGo and where our providers operate, your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, such processing is subject to applicable safeguards and transfer requirements.
Your choices & rights
- Device settings. Your operating system may offer controls for advertising identifiers and advertising preferences. Availability varies by device and system version. Changing an identifier used for sign-in may affect account recognition.
- Optional interactions. You can choose whether to start an optional rewarded-ad experience or share an invitation link. Not completing an ad may mean the associated reward is unavailable.
- Privacy requests. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- How to make a request. Contact us using the details below and describe what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your connection to the account. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.
Children’s privacy
If you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances requiring parental consent, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. For changes requiring additional notice or consent, we will provide that notice or seek consent as required.
